Our 30-Day In-Home Trial Commitment
At BDLC Impact Designs, we recognize that true architectural harmony can only be evaluated when an object is positioned within your specific room proportions, natural sunlight, and existing decor. For this reason, all standard furniture catalog purchases are backed by our 30-Day In-Home Trial.
From the moment your shipment is delivered and signed for, you have thirty (30) calendar days to live with your piece. If you determine that the dimensions, finish, or aesthetic form do not perfectly realize your interior vision, you may initiate a return for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Support: Email support@bdlcimpactdesignsllc.space with your order number (e.g.
BDLC-2026-XXXXX) and the reason for your return. - Coordinate Freight Pickup: Our concierge logistics team will schedule a licensed furniture freight carrier to pick up the piece directly from your residence.
- Inspection & Refund: Once the piece arrives back at our California facility and passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
Condition Requirements
To receive a full refund, returned items must be in original, unblemished condition, free from scratches, stains, pet hair, or unauthorized modifications, and repacked in original or equivalent protective packaging materials. Return freight shipping fees ($149 flat freight return fee) are deducted from the final refund amount to cover carrier freight costs.
Exchanges & Custom Finishes
If you wish to exchange a piece for an alternative size, colorway, or material (such as switching from Chalk Bouclé to Charcoal Wool), contact our concierge desk. We will coordinate the concurrent delivery of your new selection and retrieval of the initial piece.
